Eduardo Carneiro is a technology leader with 25+ years in enterprise technology delivery, digital transformation, and AI ethics. He started his career at Algoritmo A.S.P. de Dados in Recife, Brazil (1999), serving major public-sector clients including SEFAZ/PE, SEBRAE/PE, and LAFEPE as Scrum Master and Project Manager. After a decade at Auttar Hut Processamento de Dados, he relocated to Canada in 2017.

In Canada, Eduardo worked with Valnet, Qube-4D Ventures, and Levio Conseils before serving as Expert DevSecOps & Cloud Coach at Groupe Technologies Desjardins (2021–2023). He currently works as Project Manager and Scrum Master at Revenu Québec (2023–present). He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, a Certified Scrum Master designation, and Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification.
